HOLA!! Hey y'all what's up?
Ok, so on Wednesday, I got to go to the Vans Warped Tour up in Peoria (4 all of u who don't know, that's in Phoenix, AZ) HOLY SHIT it was so freakin cool! It was like the best day of my life! SO, i woke up at like 4:45 (yes, in the morning!!) to start getting ready, then @ 6:00, i went over to my friend Monica's, she lives next door. OMG i felt sooo bad, i had to wake her up. I was like praying 'please be awake!' but yea she wasn't, so i had to wake her up! SORRY MONICA! Yeah, so then she let me in, and we got all punked out and crap, it was fun. Then we went and picked up Carlos and Steve. They're really nice, and really cool. Carlos stole my sunglasses, and was referring to them as "The Hot Chick glasses", yes it was pretty funny. He had this great hat, it said 'Swallow Bitch Swallow', it was great. So neways, then we got to Regina's house, and we all messed around there 4 awhile. We were writing crap all over our selves with Sharpie. (I had a star with NFG on my left hand, YellowCard on my right, Story of the Year on my right arm, and Good Charlotte on my chest) And yes, i realize that Good Charlotte didn't even go! And i'm really sad about that, cuz i love them, but Carlos and Steve told me they were going, and like a dumoss, i belived them. Yeah, back to the story. We left Regina's house at like 10! and the concert started at noon! We wanted to get there at 10, so that kinda threw off our plans. We piled 6 people into a Buick LaSabre, that's not a 6 person car!!! lol. All the way there, Carlos would tell Steve "Oh My God Steve, Casualties in 7 hours" or how ever far away it was. When we got into Phoenix, he was all "OMG Steve, it's the Casualties. I can smell them" and we were on the other side of the freakin city! LMAO though, it was hilarious. Got there at like 12:15, there was a shit load of ppl there! I swear the line to get in was like waiting for Splash Mountain or something. It was the longest half hour of my life! We got it, split apart from the boys. They had this plan to make out with as many random chicks as possible, and we preffered NOT to be a part of it. Walked around a lil. There were lots of really hot guys! It made me happy. While we were walking, these guys at The Erks tent were all, here listen to this. SO we were listenin to it, and we liked it. Then the lead singer came up and he was leaning on me! i was freakin out. He was all, if you buy this, i swear to God i'll autograph it 4 u. I was like OK! it was only 10 buck, i figured what the hell. So yeah, every1 signed it for me. Eric (the lead singer dude) wrote "To my girl Laurie, Thanks so much! Lots a Love, Eric!" I was like SCORE! He was kinda hot. Lol, yes i have a one track mind! Yeah, then we were walkin around some more, and this really hot guy came up to us, and he was all, hey have u listened to this? then he let us listen to it. And I bought that too, only $5! And I was all, Will you sign it 4 me? And he was all like yea sure. So he took us back over to their tent, and signed it 4 me. He was like 'Oh, I'm Benji by the way. What's ur name?' so I told him, and he was all "nice to meet you" and he gave me a hug! It was awesome and he was hot! so i was happy! (He's in this band Eight Fingers Down)We left, and went to fight our way to the front of the crowd to see Story of the Year. but we couldn't get to the left stage, so we had to hang by the front of the right stage. but we still saw them. Story of the Year, was all "Every f*ckin year we come out here, and every f*ckin year, this is the hottest place, but u guys are still out here, rockin out! So that means that you guys are the toughest f*ckin kids in America!" It's soo true though, it was like 110! We were dyin! After Story of the Year, The Executioners came on. We didn't really like them, but we were in the front. There was this really ugly fat security guard guy, and he was hitting on my friend Regina, omg he was soo nasty. But we were tryin to get backstage, and so she was all "I'll make out with you, if u let us backstage" and he was all "i'll think about it" and then she was like "ok, i'll make out with u, AND, i'll make out with her" (AS IN ME!) i was like ok, wow, whateva, nething to get backstage. Then my friend Monica passed out! It was soo scary. They had to pick her up and pull her over the barricade. Regina and me were totally freakin out! We were so worried! The gross security guard, brought us some water and a wet t-shirt, cuz i think we just looked really pathetic like we were gonna pass out. Then the medic guys let us go behind the barricade. Monica had 2 medics walking her, and me and regina had a security guard in front and behind us. So we were walkin in front of the stage that Story of the Year had just played on, and all the ppl behind the barricade were all "Look at those bitches" and they were throwin water bottles and shit. We were like What the F*ck!! It wasn't very nice. Then we walked around some more. WE got pizza! Monica HAD to eat, we were worried. So we got pizza and then walked by the IBEX tent (that was Benji's tent). We were standing in the shade of their tent, and this really hot guy was all "Hey come over here" so we did, and he pulled the IBEX cd outta his pocket. And he was all, "have u heard this yet?" and i was all yeah, i bought it, but will u sign it 4 me? Cuz he was in one of the bands on the cd. So he signed it 4 me and i was happy. I had my pizza in my hand, and he was all 'Ur pizza looks really good' and i said, 'want some?' and he nodded and said 'yes, yes i do' and so i held it out to him, and he took a bite. He hugged me and he was all "Thanx so much. Ur awesome, I love you" and i was all YAY! cuz he was really hot. Monica gave him some of hers too, so she got a hug, and so did Regina, even though she had no pizza. IT was great. (He's in this band called Soapbox Revolt) Went back to the front to see Yellowcard. WE SAW BEN! He stuck his tounge out at us,and waved. Then they performed. Monica fell and no1 helped her up, so she got pulled over the barricade again. Then when the song was over, and Sean, the violen player in Yellowcard was all "Hey guys, it's too damn hot, and we don't want ne1 gettin hurt, so if u see some1 fall, help them up, look out 4 each other" and it was really nice, cuz he saw monica fall. But we left, and hung out near the FUSE video makeout couch. We were hangin out with our friend Jared from Less Than Famous (check them out! they're cool, they have a website here. Look up LTF i think) Then we walked some more. Yellowcard was signin stuff at their tent, but there was a long ass line. So we were just standin off the side of them just lookin at them. Regina and me were making fun of Monica, cuz she LOVES Ryan Key, the lead singer, and we were all ROCKSTAR AIR! and then we'd plug our noses and mouths. Then start busting out laughing. They would kinda look at us and smile. And we were like EYE CONTACT! I made eye contact with the whole band! Sean smiled at me! he's really hot! We kept thinking of all this really funny crap, and bust out laughing really hard, and so whenever they would look at us, we would be laughing. Then we went to go get in line, to get signed, and we saw them looking at us, and laughing. It was uhhh interesting. Well at least they noticed us.... Yeah, there were a couple more bands. Concert ended @ like 8:30 or 9. We weren't getting picked up til Midnight! It was like Oh shit! We had no money, we were all hungry, the pay phones weren't workin 4 us, and we had the wrong cell #. We were like "OMG, we're so f*ckin screwed" We left the arena, and every1 was like GONE! so we sat against the wall, and we looked all homeless. It was funny. The boys were sleeping, so we really looked homeless. Monica was asking every1 for a cellphone. And no one would give us one, every1 was so mean! We would like see them talkin on it, or it would be in their pocket, and they were like "no, i don't have one" That's so mean, i always let ppl use my phone. This guy came over and started talkin to me, and we told him what was goin on. He was waiting 4 his friend, but he didn't have a phone either. He was all "how old r u?" and i was like "15" and he was like "U don't look 15. U look like 17!" it was pretty funny, cuz no one ever believes me. Then we got picked up. Regina's dad took us to In 'N Out burger. mmm soo good. We were starving. Drove back home to Tucson, spent the night at Regina's. Me, Regina, and Monica are starting a band!! We're gonna be Rockstar Air! Isn't that great?! Its our lil inside joke. And when ppl ask, we're gonna say we were inspired by Warped Tour 2004, Yellowcard in particular... It's gonna be awesome. I'm playin guitar, Monica's on the drums, and Regina's gonna play bass. COME SEE US AT THE WARPED TOUR IN 2010! LOL that's our goal. Aren't we so ambitious? but yea, u can say that u kinda kno me? well, u know my warped tour story, so just say that. lol. umm k i guess that's all. Thanx 4 reading this, i know it was really long.
